Sngine Timeline (also referred to as Sngine App) is operated by Flutter Crafters. These Child Safety Standards explain our zero-tolerance policy and enforcement practices against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, account, message, media, livestream, listing, group, page, comment, profile, or other activity that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, traffics, sextorts, solicits, or otherwise harms children.
CSAM is prohibited in all forms, including photos, videos, livestreams, computer-generated imagery, links, text, requests, offers, instructions, or attempts to create, obtain, share, store, promote, or distribute such material.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing CSAM.
- Sexualization of minors or any content that depicts, encourages, or promotes child exploitation.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, predatory behavior, or inappropriate interaction targeted at a child.
- Using the app to contact, pressure, threaten, exploit, or endanger a minor.
- Sharing links, coded language, groups, usernames, or instructions intended to facilitate CSAE or CSAM.
3. In-app reporting and user feedback
Users can report child safety concerns inside the app using the available report options on user-generated content such as posts, profiles, comments, messages, media, pages, groups, marketplace listings, and other visible content. Users can also submit a support ticket through the Support Center.
External child safety reports may be sent through https://sngine-app.fluttercrafters.com/support or to our designated child safety contact at amenaaa93@gmail.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, users should contact local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
4. Review, enforcement, and removal
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action in accordance with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include content removal, account suspension or termination, limiting access to features, preserving relevant evidence where legally appropriate, blocking repeat abuse, and cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.
We may prioritize child safety reports for review and may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect children, users, the public, or the Service.
5. Reporting to authorities and legal compliance
Sngine Timeline complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Where required or appropriate, confirmed CSAM or CSAE incidents will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant regional or national authorities, law enforcement, or other legally designated reporting bodies.
We cooperate with valid legal processes and may preserve and disclose information when required to protect children, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce our Terms and policies.
6. Child safety point of contact
Google Play and other authorized parties may contact our designated child safety contact regarding CSAE/CSAM prevention, detection, reporting, enforcement, or compliance practices:
Email: amenaaa93@gmail.com
This contact is prepared to discuss our child safety practices and coordinate action if required.
7. Relationship to other policies
These standards supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Violations may also result in action under those policies.
8. Updates
We may update these Child Safety Standards as laws, platform requirements, or safety practices change. The latest version will remain available at this public URL.
