- Approximate location: country, city, or location information you provide in your profile, marketplace listing, job/course application, checkout, or other forms. The current app declaration is not based on collecting precise GPS location.
We do not intentionally collect contacts, calendar events, SMS/call logs, health data, fitness data, credit score information, or precise GPS location unless a future feature clearly requests permission and this policy and the Google Play Data safety form are updated.
3. App permissions
The app may request permissions only when needed for a feature, including camera access for photos, videos, QR scanning, live streaming, and video calls; microphone access for audio recording, voice/video calls, and live streaming; media or file access to upload or save photos, videos, audio, and documents; notifications for alerts and messages; and network access to connect to the Service.

5. Sharing and disclosure
We may share data in these situations:
- With other users: profile information, posts, comments, media, marketplace listings, messages, and other content are shared according to your actions and privacy settings.
- With service providers: hosting, storage, database, email, security, analytics, crash diagnostics, payment, and support providers may process data on our behalf.

- Business transfers: if the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a substantially similar policy.
We do not sell personal information. We may show advertising or promoted content inside the Service, and related interactions may be used for app functionality, analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, or advertising/marketing measurement as described in the Google Play Data safety form.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive user data. These include HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, authentication, password protection in hashed or otherwise protected form, server-side security controls, backups, monitoring, and restrictions on administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, meet the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms. Some records, such as payment, tax, fraud-prevention, moderation, legal, and security logs, may be retained for a longer period when required or permitted by law. Backup copies are retained for a limited period and removed or overwritten according to backup rotation practices.
8. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at https://sngine-app.fluttercrafters.com/settings/delete. You may also contact support if you need help with deletion.
When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize the account profile and associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, payment records, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Some content already shared with other users may remain visible if it is part of another user's conversation, transaction, moderation record, or legally required record, unless deletion is technically and legally possible.
9. Your choices and rights
You can access or update many account details in your profile and settings. You may control privacy settings, notification preferences, profile visibility, and some content visibility from within the Service. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data. To make a privacy request, contact us using the methods listed above.
10. Cookies and similar technologies

12. International processing
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing and require service providers to protect data consistently with this policy.
13. Changes to this policy
