These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sngine App, the website located at https://sngine-app.fluttercrafters.com, and related mobile and web features (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Flutter Crafters for the Sngine App experience.

By creating an account, signing in, browsing, posting content, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not create an account for someone else without permission, impersonate another person or organization, or use misleading account information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, share, retain, and delete user data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any in-app disclosures.

3. User content

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute, translate, modify for formatting, and make your User Content available as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where continued use is necessary for technical backups, legal compliance, safety, moderation, transactions, or where content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all rights needed to share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, intellectual property right, privacy right, or contractual obligation.
• Post, upload, transmit, or promote illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, misleading, or spam content.
• Exploit, harm, or endanger minors or any vulnerable person.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, create fake engagement, or manipulate platform features.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Service, overload systems, bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.
• Use the Service for unauthorized advertising, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, or other deceptive commercial activity.
• Collect or use data from other users without permission or outside the functionality provided by the Service.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, label, or refuse to display User Content that violates these Terms, our policies, user reports, legal requirements, or safety standards. We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts, features, or access if we believe there is a violation, risk, abuse, fraud, security issue, or legal concern.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we may do so to operate and protect the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions, marketplace, and digital features

The Service may include paid packages, subscriptions, wallet or points features, in-app purchases, ads, promoted content, marketplace items, products, services, jobs, courses, or other paid features. Prices, availability, refund rules, renewal rules, and taxes may vary by product, platform, country, or payment provider.

• Purchases made through app stores are also subject to the applicable app store's payment and refund rules.
• Payments processed by third-party providers, banks, or payment gateways are subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.
• Sellers and buyers are responsible for their marketplace listings, descriptions, pricing, delivery, legality, taxes, and transaction obligations unless otherwise stated.
• We may refuse, cancel, reverse, suspend, or review transactions to prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or legal risk.

7. Live streaming, messaging, calls, and communications

The Service may provide messaging, comments, live streaming, audio/video calls, notifications, and other communication features. You are responsible for the content you send or broadcast. You may not record, distribute, or misuse another user's private communications or media without permission where required by law.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services and SDKs, including sign-in providers, payment processors, app stores, notification providers, real-time communication providers, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostics providers, and advertising or marketing services where enabled. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, security, and non-infringement. 12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service in the three months before the claim or USD 100, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flutter Crafters, Sngine App, their operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
